2021 FORD BRONCO KEY FEATURES

Bronco fans looking to the 2021 re-release for a hit of nostalgia will be pleased to know that, according to Jalopnik, a manual transmission is being developed specifically to use in the upcoming off-roader. This new transmission is a fairly unusual setup: it uses a seven-speed, three pedal manual, something seen only in vehicles such as the Porsche 911 and Chevrolet Corvette. Expect a high-performing SUV when the new Bronco finally hits Missouri showrooms!

That unique transmission will be paired with an EcoBoost V6 engine with 2.7-liters of displacement. This generates 325 horsepower and a 400 lb-ft of torque, accompanied by a four-wheel drive system.

Finally, it appears as though the 2021 Ford Bronco will be available with both two-door and four-door configurations, meaning that it will likely compete with the Jeep Wrangler in the two-door adventure SUV category. This will undoubtedly provide a solid top and more comfortable interior than its potential rival.

FROM THE DESERT OF BAJA TO THE STREETS OF ST. LOUIS

Ford Bronco cemented its legacy more than five decades prior in the 1969 Mexican 1000, an off-road motorsport race held annually in desertous Baja, California. Here, the Ford Bronco conquered the rugged wilderness and rode to victory, an accomplishment no other 4x4 has recreated.

With the welcomed return of the upgraded 2021 Ford Bronco, drivers can take the streets of Missouri in a car that is equal parts classic and state-of-the-art. Whether you're exploring Bell Mountain wilderness or navigating traffic in downtown St. Louis, the Ford Bronco will keep your ride smooth and your family safe.
