Get to Know Me

Hi, I am Joe Beuckman. I am the owner of Bo Beuckman Ford and I began working here when I was a young boy, nearly 40 years ago. I went to dealer school in Texas to learn how to best serve our customers and efficiently run a business. I began working here when my dad, Bo, took over ownership of the store and started to train me through each department, starting with washing cars.

What I Enjoy About My Job

My favorite part of my job is being able to provide consistent and reliable jobs for nearly 90 people. Many of which have been considered family for decades. I also adore being able to work side-by-side with my daughter, Sara and nephew, Zachary. Being able to spend time with them while also working and building the business together is something I hold dear to my heart.

My Biggest Influence

The biggest influence in my life is my wife, Betsy. She is such a supportive person in my life. She has stood by my side through so much and I will be forever grateful for her and her resilience.
