Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 per year Schedule: Full-Time, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, weekends off Location: In person, St. Louis, MO (relocation required if not local)

About the Role
Bo Beuckman Ford is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced, state-of-the-art Business Development Center. In this role, you'll follow up with our existing customer base, build loyalty through consistent communication, and set appointments for customers to view our new and pre-owned inventory. You'll also respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats - quick response times are key to this role's success.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with current and past customers to build loyalty and set appointments
• Respond promptly to inbound emails, texts, chats, and calls
• Maintain customer database and reporting sheets
• Deliver excellent customer service and phone etiquette

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (phone and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Comfortable with internet and general technology
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in business development or sales
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
