If a loaner isn’t available, we can prioritize quick-turn service when possible. Tell us your schedule at check-in, and we’ll match the best option to your day.
Most maintenance and common repairs are typically completed the same day. Larger repairs or jobs that require ordered parts may need multiple days, depending on parts availability and complexity. Our team will give an upfront time estimate and keep you updated if anything changes.
The Bo Beuckman team will text you for routine updates and approvals so you can respond quickly, and we’ll call if there’s a more complex issue or a safety concern that deserves a detailed conversation. If you prefer a different method—text only, calls only, or email—tell us at check-in and we’ll follow your preference.

Yes. All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible—including EV service—as long as your vehicle is drivable and not part of a roadside collision event. Please note, our complimentary Pickup & Delivery service covers the transportation; it does not include parts or repair charges.

When your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a text message with a link to your pickup details. Use that link anytime to update the location, change the pickup time or day, or cancel your Pickup & Delivery. If you need help, call us and we’ll make the changes for you.
