Ford Dealership FAQs Near Town and Country, MO

What Town and Country Drivers Want to Know Before They Buy
Picking the dealership matters almost as much as picking the vehicle. You will deal with us again at the first oil change, at the first warranty question, and when it is time to do the whole thing over again. So before any of that starts, here is what Town and Country drivers ask us, answered in full.
How far is Bo Beuckman from Town and Country?
About 15 minutes. Head west on Manchester Road and you will reach the Ford dealership serving Town and Country at 15675 Manchester Road in Ellisville. There are no highway stretches involved if you would rather stay on surface roads.
Is Bo Beuckman the closest Ford dealer to Town and Country?
No, but 15 minutes west on Manchester Road buys you one of the best-reviewed Ford dealerships near Town and Country. The Better Business Bureau rates us A plus, West Newsmagazine readers voted us a Best of the West 2025 winner, and we have been under the same family since 1970. Reviews are the one thing a dealership cannot manufacture for itself, so read a handful and see where the quarter of an hour is best spent.
Do you deliver cars to Town and Country?
Yes. We deliver cars to Town and Country, bringing the vehicle to your home or office once the purchase is complete, or you can collect it here if you would rather see it first. Ask about delivery early in the conversation so we can schedule it around the paperwork rather than after it.
Can you pick up my car for service?
Yes. Schedule through our service appointment page or the FordPass app, and you will get a text with a link to your pickup details. Use that link any time to change the location, move the time, or cancel. The vehicle needs to be drivable, and roadside events are handled separately. Your service coupons and offers still apply when you use pickup and delivery. That surprises people.
Does Bo Beuckman handle routine maintenance, even if I did not buy my car here?
We can service your vehicle regardless of where you bought it. Routine maintenance is the bulk of what our service center near Town and Country does, and that covers oil and filter changes, tire rotation and replacement, brake work, battery testing and replacement, coolant and transmission flushes, multi-point inspections and Missouri safety inspections. Our guide to Ford oil change intervals explains how often that particular job comes around, which depends on your engine and how you drive more than on any fixed mileage figure.
We are not limited to Fords either. The service department takes other makes, and the body shop and collision center works on most manufacturers.
Do you sell used luxury vehicles?
We do regularly have luxury vehicles on our pre-owned lot. The trade-ins that arrive from Town and Country and nearby communities tend to be well-kept and low mileage. In a given week the used lot might hold a BMW, a Lexus or an Acura sitting alongside the pre-owned F-150s. Every one of them clears the same in-house inspection before it gets a price, and a non-Ford under ten years old with fewer than 150,000 miles can qualify for Blue Certified coverage backed by Ford.
How much is my car worth?
Start with your VIN through Value Your Trade and you can value a trade-in without leaving Town and Country. We confirm the vehicle's condition in person, and after that the offer is firm. It does not shrink at the desk. We work out the figure from the vehicle's typical market value, its accident history, any open recalls and its accumulated use. You're welcome to take our number and shop it around. We'd rather you compared than wondered.
Will you buy my car if I am not buying one from you?
Yes. Our Buy Center purchases vehicles outright with no purchase required, and you can take payment as cash or a check. You can also text us to start the process. Decline the offer and you owe us nothing, including an explanation.
Do you lease Fords?
We do lease Fords. This option tends to suit Town and Country drivers who cover modest annual mileage, want a shorter ownership cycle, and would rather have a predictable payment than build equity. If you are putting serious highway miles on a vehicle, the mileage allowance usually makes buying the better answer. Our finance team will run both sets of numbers side by side so you can see the difference instead of taking our word for it.
How does a trade-in affect Missouri sales tax?
Missouri calculates sales tax on the difference between the price of the vehicle you are buying and the credit you receive for the one you are trading. If you buy a $40,000 vehicle and trade one worth $15,000, you are taxed on $25,000 instead of the full amount. On a higher-value purchase that is real money, and it is one reason trading can beat selling privately even when the private offer looks larger on paper. Our finance team will run your exact numbers at the desk.
Can I order a Ford instead of buying one off the lot?
Yes. Custom order your Ford and you choose the trim, the equipment and the paint instead of settling for whatever happens to be in stock. We will explain the build timeline honestly, including what is realistic for the model you want, and we can deliver it to you when it lands instead of asking you to make another trip.
Do you sell extended warranties?
We offer extended service contracts, including coverage for buyers paying cash. Whether one pays off depends on how long you plan to keep the vehicle and how much unpredictability you are comfortable with. If you trade every three years you probably do not need one. If you keep vehicles until they stop, the math changes. We will tell you which side of that line we think you are on.
What is Ford Flex Buy?
A financing option from Ford Credit for people who would rather own than lease but want a lower payment in the early years. Flex Buy runs 66 or 75 months at a fixed rate. Your payment is lower for the first 36 months, increases once at month 37, and stays there until the balance is cleared. At the end the vehicle is yours outright, with no mileage limits and no wear-and-tear charges.
There's no lump sum due at the end, so it is not a balloon loan, and the rate doesn't move, so the step up at month 37 comes from how the principal is repaid, not from a rate change. You can also pay it off early with no penalty. It tends to suit people expecting their income to rise over the next few years, or anyone who dislikes lease restrictions but cannot make a conventional payment work today.
Are you open on Sunday?
No. We are closed Sundays. Sales runs Monday through Saturday, and service is Monday through Friday only.
